Please call Linda Wright at 1-785-286-4288 (M-F, 8:00-5:00 CT) to place an order. She will quickly figure the cost of shipping and if the gear will be shipped to Kansas, she will figure applicable sales tax.

Fast Shipping

Combat Cancer strives to process all orders on the same (business) day we receive your order. We use USPS First Class Mail shipping by default so that your order is always delivered quickly. Other shipping methods including Express/Overnight shipping methods are available on special request.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee for products sold. This guarantee applies only to unopened & used items and ensures that if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason or if you just ordered the wrong item, then we will accept a return. Find out more about our return policy below.

Warranty and Limitation of Liability for Products

We warrant that the products sold subject to these Terms shall be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. We must receive any warranty claim within 30 days of you becoming aware of any such defect. Our sole obligation under this warranty is to, at our option, refund the purchase price of the product or replace said product. In no event shall we be liable for incidental and/or consequential damages, including the cost of cover. All warranties are extended to original end user purchaser only. WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Return Policy

Authorization for all product returns must be approved and a return authorization number given to you prior to the return of goods. Shipping charges will not be credited. Goods may not be returned for credit after 30 days after your receipt of the goods.

Note: You must ship prepaid. After we receive your returned product, a credit will be issued to the credit card account used to make the purchase or, if you paid by check, we will refund your credit by check. We reserve the right to make the determination of undamaged condition and may reduce your credit if the product is damaged or if all the original package contents are not returned.

Returning products that were part of a special promotion:

The Combat Cancer store may occasionally offer promotional pricing on products that is dependent on certain terms of purchase. If you return a product for which you received special promotional discounts, you will receive a credit for that product's return that will not exceed the promotional pricing you received at the time of purchase. If as a part of a promotion, you received a second product at no cost or at a reduced price when another product was purchased, credit for the return of the first product will be reduced to factor in the savings on the second product if the second product is not returned with the first product. If all products are returned, the full purchase price will be credited.
